If you buy much of anything on Amazon and already have Prime, this is the no-fee default: a flat 5% back at Amazon, Whole Foods, and even bookings through Chase Travel. The rest of the categories are fine (2% on dining and gas), but the real value is stacking everyday Amazon orders at 5% without thinking.
If you don't have Prime or rarely use Amazon, skip it—the card's "superpower" drops to 3% without Prime and there are better general-spend options. Bottom line: Prime members who shop Amazon monthly will squeeze easy, reliable value here.
