If you live in PayPal—buying online, paying friends for group gifts, tapping PayPal at checkout—this is easy, automatic cash back with no annual fee. The 3% rate on PayPal purchases is the whole point.
For non-PayPal spending, 1.5% is fine but beatable. And with a 3% foreign transaction fee, it's not a travel card. Bottom line: great "PayPal button" card; pair it with a stronger everyday earner for everything else.
